Bespoke Culinary Experiences 

Paul Lee, a highly experienced and dedicated professional chef with more than 35 years experience, opened the doors to CUX in 2013.

Providing a host of bespoke culinary services to both private clients and the commercial catering industry, CUX is a small (but perfectly formed) family business. Paul’s wife (a trained chef herself) and two sons (both active in the hospitality industry) are all fully involved in CUX events. Combined, Paul and his family offer a wealth of culinary experience and expertise. Providing a vast array of bespoke services and events – which range from private cooking lessons for one, to catering an event for 600 of Yorkshire’s most influential –  Paul and his CUX team are all seasoned professionals and always show an intricate level of delivery and service. 

CUX’s future direction focuses on the delivery of high quality bespoke events, as well as support consultancy to the professional trade. With new innovation and development, CUX will provide a range of culinary services that are not yet on offer in the North of England. Tailoring every aspect to individual needs, CUX will surpass all client expectations offering a ‘One Stop Shop’  for all culinary requirements.
